Composition and Organisation:

1) in the Supply Chain: "organised structures"(companies) in charge of managing and supplying products in a continuous fashion over time with controlled quality

2) in the Supply Chain: "pressing and refining facilities" in charge of processing and transforming oilseeds with destination sectors: food (oil) - livestock (feed) - energy (green energy)

3) in the Supply Chain: "whey collection and processing facilities" entrusted with the processing and transformation of whey into protein with destination sectors: food - pharmaceutical and cosmetics and residual waste ("scald") destined for our Biogas plant network for electricity production (green energy)

4) in the Supply Chain: "collection and processing facilities for category 3 slaughterhouse waste" in charge of processing and preparing waste with destination sector: Pet-food and residual waste (offal and blood) destined for our Biogas plant network for the production of electric energy (green energy)

5) we have in our supply chain our own traders/partners with an operating room and accredited in commodity exchanges (mi-bo-vr) in charge of: daily trading for our group and for customers in the following sectors: cereals - oilseeds - vegetable oils - flour for animal husbandry - oils for the cogeneration sector - whey-proteins.
